# Data Deletion Instructions

Full Service Web Design respects your privacy and gives you control over your personal information.

If you would like us to delete your account or any personal data associated with your use of Full Service Web Design’s services, please submit a deletion request using one of the methods below.

## Option 1: Request by Email

Please include:

* Your name
* The email address associated with your account
* Your business name (if applicable)
* A brief request to delete your data

For security purposes, we may request additional information to verify your identity before processing your request.

## Option 2: Request Within Your Account

If your account includes account management features, you may submit a data deletion request from your account settings. Once your identity has been verified, your request will be processed.

## What We Delete

Upon verification of your request, we will delete or anonymize your personal information from our active systems, including:

* Account profile information
* Contact information
* Connected social media account tokens
* Marketing preferences
* User-generated content where applicable

Certain information may be retained when required by law, for fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or other legitimate business purposes.

## Processing Time

We generally process verified deletion requests within **30 days**.
