Privacy Policy

Last updated August 19, 2026. This describes what Full Service Web Design collects, why, and what you can make us delete.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit a form, book a call, or request an audit, we collect your name, phone number, email address, business details, and whatever you write in the message field.

Information collected automatically. Pages you view, how you arrived (referring site, search term where available, campaign parameters), approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and time on page. This comes from Google Analytics and, if enabled, a session-replay tool.

Information from advertising platforms. If you arrive from an ad, the platform passes campaign identifiers which we store alongside your enquiry so we can tell which marketing produced which lead.

Why we collect it

  • To respond to your enquiry and quote your project
  • To contact you by phone, email, or text about that enquiry
  • To understand which pages and campaigns produce enquiries, so we can stop paying for the ones that do not
  • To improve the site — find broken paths, slow pages, and places people give up
  • To meet legal and accounting obligations

Phone, email, and text messages

By submitting a form with your phone number you agree we may contact you by phone, text, and email about your enquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of texts, or tell us on a call or by email. Opting out of marketing messages does not stop us replying to a request you actively made.

We do not sell your phone number, and we do not add you to text campaigns unrelated to what you asked about.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We share it with service providers who need it to do their job:

  • Analytics — Google Analytics, for the traffic and conversion data described above
  • Advertising — Google and Meta, where campaign measurement requires it
  • CRM and email — the system that stores your enquiry and sends our replies
  • Hosting — the infrastructure this site runs on
  • Legal — where we are required to by law, or to protect our rights

Cookies

We use cookies and similar storage for analytics, to remember which campaign brought you here across a session, and to keep the site working. You can block cookies in your browser; analytics will stop and some conveniences will break, but the site will still function.

Where a consent banner is shown, your choice is respected and recorded.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for as long as we have a business relationship and for seven years afterwards for accounting and legal purposes. Analytics data is retained according to the platform default, which is currently fourteen months. You can ask us to delete your enquiry record sooner.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, opt out of its sale or sharing (we do not sell it), and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA.

To exercise any of them, use our contact form. We will verify your identity and respond within the period the law requires.

Children

This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are encrypted in transit. Access to enquiry data is limited to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on the site rather than made quietly.
