SEO & Local Search
Get found by people already looking
SEO is not a monthly mystery invoice. It is a set of specific, checkable jobs that make it easier for search engines to understand you and easier for buyers to choose you.
Basic plans start at $1,000. Fixed scope agreed in writing before we start — what moves the number.
What you get
- Technical audit and fixes: crawl, index, speed, structured data
- Google Business Profile setup and ongoing optimisation
- Local citations and consistent name, address, and phone data
- Service and location pages targeting real commercial searches
- Content built around buying questions, not keyword stuffing
- Review generation flow — the highest-leverage local ranking factor
- Monthly report tied to leads and booked work, not impressions
The problem
Why most SEO retainers feel like nothing is happening
The reporting measures the wrong thing. A report full of impressions and average position tells you nothing about whether the phone rang. If your agency cannot connect a keyword to a booked job, you are paying for activity, not outcomes.
The technical foundation was never fixed. Content work on a site Google struggles to crawl is money into a hole. Indexing, speed, and structure come first — and they are one-time fixes, not a permanent retainer line item.
Nobody asked for reviews. In local search, review volume and recency move the needle more than another blog post. It is also the cheapest thing on the list, and it is skipped constantly.
A word on guarantees: anyone promising you position one is either lying or planning to rank you for a phrase nobody searches. Google does not sell positions. We commit to the work and to showing you exactly what changed.
How we work
What the engagement looks like
Baseline
Where you rank now, what you rank for, what your competitors rank for that you do not, and what is technically broken.
Fix
Technical issues first: crawlability, speed, schema, duplicate content, broken internal links. The unglamorous work that everything else compounds on.
Build
Service and location pages, Google Business Profile, citations, and content aimed at commercial intent rather than traffic for its own sake.
Report
Monthly: what moved, what did not, what we are changing next, and how many leads it produced. Plain English, no dashboard dump.

Questions about seo & local search
How long before SEO does anything?
Technical fixes can show up in weeks. Ranking movement on competitive commercial terms typically takes three to six months, and local map-pack movement is often faster than organic. Anyone promising results in 30 days is selling you something else.
Can you guarantee first-page rankings?
No. Google does not sell positions and no agency controls the algorithm. What we guarantee is the work, the reporting, and that we will tell you when something is not working instead of quietly renewing.
What is the difference between SEO and local SEO?
Local SEO targets the map pack and searches with local intent — it leans on your Google Business Profile, reviews, citations, and proximity. General SEO targets the classic blue links. Service businesses usually need both, weighted toward local.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
Three months minimum, because less than that cannot honestly show results, then month to month. If we are not producing, you should be able to leave — and you keep everything we built.
What if I already have an SEO agency?
We will do a free audit and tell you plainly whether they are doing good work. Sometimes the answer is yes and you should keep them. We would rather say that than sell you a switch you do not need.
Want to know where you actually stand?
Tell us what you need. You will get a straight answer on scope, price, and timeline — not a discovery-call runaround.
